Da Jin Ya
A peculiar black tea from Yunnan made with buds, exceptional in size, color, and the quality of the tea they produce. It comes from Lincang, a mountainous area famous for the production of pu'er, and tea plants quality, which is reflected in this black tea to perfection.

Smell:Dry: Very complex aroma, with a sweet tone of cocoa, fruity tones, of wild berries, and spicy tones, of nutmeg and carob.
Wet: The fruity notes are accentuated and in the background the aroma of cocoa and biscuit.
Taste:The thick and silky body is striking. The prevailing aromas are dried fruit, cocoa and biscuit. To make the profile more complex there are spicy notes of nutmeg, a slight balsamic feeling, and bitterness in the aftertaste.
