Anji Bai Cha
Even if it is called "white tea" (Bai Cha) it is actually a green tea, Anji Bai Cha is a tea with great health properties, thanks to its high content of amino acids. Despite having a relatively recent history, it has seen its fame grow immeasurably in a province dominated by famous teas with a long tradition. This is thanks to a unique, sweet and extremely pleasant flavor, very enjoyable even for those less accustomed to green teas.
View:Large buds and first two needle-shaped leaves. Pretty uniform dark and vibrant green color.
Smell:Dry: Umami smell with notes of toasted hazelnuts and fruity notes.
Wet: Strong umami smell, with marine notes, intense sweet fruity notes in the background.
Taste:Sweet, sugary and mineral liqueur, with delicate umami and fresh vegetable notes, of fresh cut grass. The floral profile is remarkable, reminiscent of lilies and orchids. The aftertaste is prolonged and intense, with a sweet, floral and balsamic character.
